1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services offered by the Relaxation and Massage Spa (hereinafter, the “Spa”), as well as the rights and obligations of clients and the establishment.

2. Services

• The Spa provides massage and relaxation services exclusively for wellness purposes.

• None of the services have a medical nature nor do they replace medical or physiotherapy treatments.

• The client acknowledges that results may vary from person to person and no specific effects are guaranteed.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, any advance payment or deposit will be forfeited.

• Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time without any change to the agreed price.

4. Client Conditions

• The minimum age to receive services is 18. For minors, written authorization from a parent or legal guardian is required.

• The client must truthfully and fully disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, or injury.

• The Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when, in the staff’s judgment, there are medical conditions or behaviors that justify it.

5. Conduct and House Rules

• Services are strictly professional.

• Harassment, insinuations, or inappropriate behavior are prohibited; any breach will lead to immediate termination of the service without refund and may result in a future ban from the premises.

• Entry is not permitted under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

6. Payments and Prices

• Service prices will be posted on the premises and may be modified without prior notice.

• Payment must be made before or upon completion of the service, using the payment methods accepted by the Spa.

• Advance payments or deposits are non-refundable except in cases expressly provided by law.

• The Spa will not be responsible for harm, injury, or adverse reactions caused by the client’s omission of medical information.

• The client accepts that massages and techniques are applied according to wellness protocols and releases the Spa and its staff from any claims not arising from proven negligence.

• The Spa guarantees the confidentiality of personal and medical information provided by clients.

• The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Acceptance

Booking and receiving any service implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
